Role Description This is a full-time Medical Doctor role based in Patna, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home. The Medical Doctor will provide clinical consultations, diagnose and manage patient conditions, and advise on appropriate treatment plans aligned with Sanerix’s product portfolio and evidence-based guidelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, documenting clinical findings, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, contributing medical insights to internal teams, and supporting patient education on safe and effective use of medications. The Medical Doctor is expected to uphold ethical standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and participate in continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license/registration to practice in India.
- Clinical experience in internal medicine, general practice, or a related specialty, with strong diagnostic and patient management skills.
- Ability to interpret laboratory results and other diagnostic investigations, and apply evidence-based clinical guidelines.
- Strong communication skills for counseling patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and explaining complex medical information clearly.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including use of digital tools for teleconsultation, electronic medical records, and remote collaboration.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and adherence to national and international healthcare regulations.
- Attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry settings, and familiarity with pharmacology and drug safety, is an advantage.
